The purpose of the scholarship program at East Georgia State College is to recognize and reward achievement among deserving new and existing students to the college on the basis of academic achievement, character, service to the community, special talents, and purpose.

The awards are made by the East Georgia State College Scholarship Committee based on available funds.

Scholarships are made possible by generous donors. They are awarded via a competitive process to EGSC students who have applied, meet certain criteria and been selected by a committee of scholarship application reviewers. Scholarships are typically awarded for educational expenses for one academic year or term (Fall and Spring or Spring Only), unless otherwise noted.
